One of my favorites also. You know its a good show when you find yourself grinning for thirty minutes solid.
OMG, this is the best slumber party ever!

excerpt from Jase's FB page:
"the show is highlights of our lives. We are not actors. When you edit things into 22 minutes some of it may seem a bit staged. It is about our faith, family, facial hair and meant to be fun."
My take on it... I really think I like the satire side of the show. Yeah, they're RICH$$$. They act like it too- but they seem to be people that would act that way even if they were dirt-poor. My wife had no idea that all those guys ACTUALLY make duck calls (except Willie). They don't plug products for an entire show, and they really keep politics out of it as well. Staged or not- I seriously hang on every minute wondering what the heck Si is gonna say next! He's by far the best on the show and I am literally on a nationwide hunt for a light blue tupperware cup like his. It's a great portrayal of an American Family struggling between modern fast-paced ways and the traditions and wisdom of a generation that (at least on this show) still has a lot to say about the way we act and raise our young people.
Wasn't born in Texas, but I got there as fast as I could.

Now that is just going a wee bit out too far off of the deep end for me. It is a cup for Goodness sake.

Scott...it automaticly became upcool to have one of those blue cups now that they are actually selling them. But that's pretty damn funny about him and his cup and that they would even start to sell them.
Dear Lord please bullwhip me for saying this but I agree, Marcstar is in the lead. Please nobody use this as a quote!!!

I guess I am different than most...I would rather spend my free time scouting deer and ducks (or planting for them). The only TV I watch anymore (besides very little sports) is shows with my daughter and/or wife.
I wouldn't recognize any of the guys from that show if they knocked on my door. It is kind of funny that I know all the "housewives, NCIS actors, CSI actors, and the countless Tween actors/actresses from the shows my daughter watches.

Jase and Si's respective commentary makes the whole the whole thing worthwhile. I was thinking of starting a show called "The real house HOES of everywhere." I think it would catch on...

I'm guess they save all the hunting action for their DVDs. I guess that why the Duck Commander show isn't on anymore either.

Nah, I seriously wanna find an authentic light blue old school 1980's tupperware version. I had 'em growing up- just gotta find 'em. Having the DC logo spoils it for me.
Wasn't born in Texas, but I got there as fast as I could.

Love it and I have never been duck hunting. As far as it being reality tv There sure are a lot worse things on tv most the kids can't watch. This show is family entertainment

I watch the show trying to recognize all of the places they go to in my old stomping grounds. I actually don't like this show as much as I did the show they had on the Outdoor Channel. It was probably more like how they actually live. I think both shows were scripted but this new one way more than the other.......
Isaiah 40:31 "but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles, they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint."
