Perfect for a pelvis. I hate to see people baton a good knife though one. So true! And I think that is what makes these little hatchets so popular with my thieving relatives! :-)

Sweet !! I've never understood the need to split a pelvis though. I hear you, there is more than one way to skin a cat(deer). I split it, with a zip saw. The same saw I cut through the sternum. T handle, total length about 4", blunt on one end as to not puncture anything........... The hatchet is cool, million and one uses.
An unethical shot is one you take, that you know you shouldn't.
