I have 7 3/4 Wagyu/ Angus cross Steers. Been on feed since July. Currently Weighing @ 1200lbs.
$5500 with standard processing @ Bluebonnet in Trenton
Located in Wolfe City/ Celeste Area

what is standard processing ?

Kill Fee
plus hang time, cut orders, vac sealed and frozen ?

Standard processing includes Kill fee, 10 day hang time, hamburger in 1lb chubs, rest is vac sealed and frozen.

I’ve always seemed to get more pounds of meat from them when we process a steer compared to what you would google. How many pounds of processed meat do you get out of 1200#?

Most likely. If you figure it up $ per pound it’s better than buying it from the store and the quality is sooooo much better.
If it comes out to $7/pound you have to remember that’s for steaks, roasts, ribs, ground, liver, tongue, and you can get soup bones and dog bones.
