I have 7 3/4 Wagyu/ Angus cross Steers. Been on feed since July. Currently Weighing @ 1200lbs. $5500 with standard processing @ Bluebonnet in Trenton Located in Wolfe City/ Celeste Area 972-746-3035

Standard processing includes Kill fee, 10 day hang time, hamburger in 1lb chubs, rest is vac sealed and frozen.

I’ve always seemed to get more pounds of meat from them when we process a steer compared to what you would google. How many pounds of processed meat do you get out of 1200#?
