Has anyone used the White River Energetics primers yet. I have a source for some large rifle and large rifle magnum primers. I'm not sure how hot these primers are in comparison to other LR magnum primers. Any info would be great.

I hate that these are the type of things I find exciting these days. Excited I am though.

I’ll see if I can order some and run them against CCI 200s. 30 of each with ES, SD, and average velocity should be a start.

Doesn’t look like they sell direct to the consumer so that’s out until I find some.

Samples are here! I'll be testing these next week. The tech guy I spoke with at White River says they are equally hot (if not more) than a Fed 215. I'll test the CCI 250, Fed 215, and WR LRM all together.

Not from me, but I was about to use CCI 200s for fireforming a hundred rounds of brass. I can’t get to the reloading table until Monday. If I remember, or y’all remind me Sunday, I will do 50 and 50 and run them all on the Magneto. That’s a big enough sample size to say something. At least for consistency.

Powder Valley has large rifle primers in stock. I guess I’ll give them a try. We need an American company to succeed in making primers. Now everything is foreign owned.

I need no primers so I am not shopping, but the White River large rifle are available at less than 8 cents a pop right now. If they sucked, I am sure we would have seen countless complaints because they've been around for several months now. I have seen ZERO negative comments on them, ever.

If I needed large rifle primers, I'd buy 5000 at the drop of a hat. Same for small rifle and pistol primers too.

They're legit - I've had no issues with them. Have been as reliable for me as any other primers.

I got in 1000 LR Magnum to test. But the main problem is placing an order. I can test them, but if I can't get them, it does me no good.
