Heard something about a week ago while on the back porch one night. Distant scream...the kind that makes you stop breathing for few second. Blew it off, since the area is pretty built up. Must be kids raising hell at midnight. Next door neighbors have a deer feeder about 50 yards from their back door. It got a picture a panther on it earlier this week. Now a fresh completely stripped deer carcass was found across the road this morning. Nothing but bones and the back legs. In the guy's front yard, about 20 years from the road and about 250 yards from my front door. Breaking out the thermal and NV. Reaching out to a college buddy to see if he still has dogs for hunting them. We may get us a full blow cat hunt going. The two big landowner near us what the kitty gone. City transplants in the new subdivision behind us are freaking out on the neighborhood Facebook page.

If you can get everyone to keep their pets inside a #3, 4 coiled trap will catch it.
It will kill a lot of animals and not just to eat them, they are cats. They like to just kill. Good luck and go get it.

Never tired trapping them. In my much younger days, a college buddy had a half dozen dogs to track and tree them.

We had a herd of goats in Melissa years ago, at a buddy's grandmother's farm. She counted heads one night, as well as the next morning. Next morning, one full grown doe was not standing, but grandmother saw her head. I went over there to find a picked clean skeleton, from the jaw line to the hocks. I figured only one animal would do such a thing.
