Fantastic Job! Those look amazing and I'll bet the taste was awesome! How long on the smoker? About 20 to 25 minutes at 400.

I have to try this. Too bloody hot to be running the oven in the house anyway. I don't have a mesh pizza pan, but wonder if my pizza stone, preheated would work. Obviously won't get a lot of smoke penetration from below.

Those look great!! What dough recipe did you use? Yeast, sugar, water, white wine, baker's flower, salt, pepper, rosemary and fennel.

This worked out great on the Traeger on high -- about 450. I let the stone soak in the heat for a half hour before sliding the pizza on. Fifteen-20 minutes later, chow time!
