I assume you have some gravy to dip those in. Of course, was in to much of a hurry to eat before stuff cooled.

I’m trying this … After the second time in the flour. Place on a rack and let sit for 3-5 minutes before they hit the fryer. As soon as you start a batch, make another to rest.
