What did you batter those in ? Looks great I made some seasoned flour, added a tbsp of corn starch and a tsp of baking powder per cup of flour. In flour, egg wash, back into flour.

I’m trying this … After the second time in the flour. Place on a rack and let sit for 3-5 minutes before they hit the fryer. As soon as you start a batch, make another to rest.
