OP Blank THF Trophy Hunter B Joined: Sep 2010 Posts: 6,370 Nampa, SW Idaho	Couple inches of new snow today, got cold out there shoveling. Needed a nice warm-up! Slow cooked some left over slices of the prime in au jus for about an hour (plenty for sandwiches tomorrow), fresh steamed veggies, and Parmesan bread sticks. The last three potatoes were starting to get a bunch of eyes, so made a hot mustard potato salad which was the perfect answer!! Pretty good meal. Beer and whiskey, 'cause you can't drink bacon!!
