I have a feeling Atlanta needs to win tonight. Just feel like Houston wins in 7 at home if they win tonight. Did you catch that stat that a World Series winning team hasn't clinched at home since 2013? That cycle needs to be broken Wednesday nite.

Wonder if George Springer has my regrets? He was on the injured list for most of the season, and didn’t do too much when he wasn’t. He got a big paycheck for at least one season. Just like Martin Gonzalez, left for big free agent paycheck. Struggled for two seasons with Twins and Red Sox, then cut loose. He’s lucky to get picked back by the Astros. And he finally had some success at the plate last night. When Correa comes up for free agency after this season, he should pay attention to what those two teammates did, and the out comes.

It seemed like the game last night took forever. I flipped it on at the start of our big trick-or-treater wave, came back 1.5 hours later and it was in the 3rd inning.

In the end, the pitching was too banged up to get the wins they needed. It was a pretty good series though and I like me some baseball. Especially at World Series level.

I was rooting for Wash to get that ring! That and I was a TBS kid growing up so I always watched the Braves. Houston disgraced baseball.
