He was on the injured list for most of the season, and didn’t do too much when he wasn’t. He got a big paycheck for at least one season. Just like Martin Gonzalez, left for big free agent paycheck. Struggled for two seasons with Twins and Red Sox, then cut loose. He’s lucky to get picked back by the Astros. And he finally had some success at the plate last night.
When Correa comes up for free agency after this season, he should pay attention to what those two teammates did, and the out comes.
