Shredded up all the leftover short ribs, sautéed some mushrooms and onions under melty Gruyere cheese on fresh bolillo rolls, seasoned waffle fries, and Cole slaw. The girls thought that stone ground mustard and mayo was enough, but I decided on the Sirracha Aoli to stick it all together. Beer and whiskey, 'cause you can't drink bacon!!
