Grilled Shredded Short Rib Sandwiches, w/ Gruyere Cheese - 10/12/21 12:27 AM
Nothing says comfort food like snowing and blowing outside, and last night's yummy leftovers!! Shredded up all the leftover short ribs, sautéed some mushrooms and onions under melty Gruyere cheese on fresh bolillo rolls, seasoned waffle fries, and Cole slaw.

The girls thought that stone ground mustard and mayo was enough, but I decided on the Sirracha Aoli to stick it all together.
