I think that's just his cottonseed ring you see. They have big pens, maintained I think. Not everyone puts chicken wire, covered sheds, etc. around their feeders. bolt

Not everyone inherits old wire pens with sheds and troughs already....I've seen his pens before...well what is now left of those pens. I am sure the grass will be much greener in those pens next year with all the free "fertilizer".... bolt
