Anyone know of an area with in 100 miles of Corpus where I could go pattern my shotgun at ?
The only place I knew of has closed down.

Schwenkes’s range over in Aransas Pass. I shot there on Saturday. Definitely not a fancy place, but it is close.

Schwenkes’s range over in Aransas Pass. I shot there on Saturday. Definitely not a fancy place, but it is close. I called Schwenkes's range and they will only do a year membership for $150. Bad thing is I will only use the range just this one time for my shotgun so it seems pretty expensive for an hour at most to shoot my shotgun.

If you are only going to go to the range once to pattern it, that indicates you have a place to hunt. Hetmen's advice is solid in that case. Go there, put up some cardboard on 2 Tposts 30 yards out one shot and your done.
If that don't work you might see if any of your friends are members at CCGC or Aransas. Earl
