Anyone know of an area with in 100 miles of Corpus where I could go pattern my shotgun at ?
The only place I knew of has closed down.

Pick any stop sign somewhere between Taft, Sinton, and Odem.

Schwenkes’s range over in Aransas Pass. I shot there on Saturday. Definitely not a fancy place, but it is close.

I called Schwenkes's range and they will only do a year membership for $150. Bad thing is I will only use the range just this one time for my shotgun so it seems pretty expensive for an hour at most to shoot my shotgun.

No kidding. Lighten up a little. I've got access to 400 acres in between Sinton and Taft that we could go, but I can clearly see we won't jive.

Received eight replies to this topic asking for some help.

Only one of the eight replies had an actual intent on helping me out.

And somehow I am the one that is in the wrong here LOL.

It's all about attitude, Sir.

A Democracy is when two wolves and a lamb vote on the dinner menu. That is why this country was specifically not designed as a Democracy. We are a Constitutional Republic.

There was no attitude shown at all on the very first post of mine that received two replies with attitude.

If you are only going to go to the range once to pattern it, that indicates you have a place to hunt. Hetmen's advice is solid in that case. Go there, put up some cardboard on 2 Tposts 30 yards out one shot and your done.

If that don't work you might see if any of your friends are members at CCGC or Aransas. Earl
