Apparently the hundred and fifty million dollars ESPN still owes Texas for the Longhorn Network will pay the buyout for both Texas and Oklahoma

Something will happen before then. I guarantee the majority of those schools will not go to the AAC. About damn time TB SA you have me confused here…about time for what?

You missed my comment that Ohio State only has 2 NCs in the last 50 years. One less than OU. Thats ok, most ohio state fans claim the 2012 season since we were undefeated that year and the stupid ncaa kept us out, similar to the way bama claims about 7 of the natties they claim…is it fun having near half your natties as self proclaimed? Something UCF and bama have in common i guess

I heard today if Big12 dissolves, ESPN does not have to

Big12 is accusing ESPN of pushing 3 unknown teams to AAC. If I heard correctly, if the big 12 loses one more school ot won't have enough teams to fulfill their end of the contract and Texas and OU would be released from the contract.

They are gonna use the 150 million ESPN still owes them for the Longhorn Network to pay both OU and their buyout.
Also its interesting to see everyone's concern with Texas losing........ When usually everyone is pulling for them to lose.

There is no concern from me. I been laughing the whole way down the longhorn spiral to mediocrity.
I am just pointing out the sooner they get into the sec, the more losses they will have. I know you think NIL woll make up for mediocre records, and we will see on that. But who wants to go make some money at a mid tier school rather than go to a top tier, make some money and win?
Texas will be recruiting the athletes only in it for themselves, and those dont make a good team and you need a good team to win championships.

I think Texas has an older fan base. I’m slightly concerned with Austin, liberalism they may go the way of USC and Cal and put 50k in their stands. I’m talking in 10 plus years.

They keep getting the student base they are now and it will become a very absent student section…remember football is a classic example of misogyny, imperialism, colonialism, and white supremacy over black athletes who are essentially slaves to a system. Woke students mean less crowds Esp when you dont win but 5 games a year
