We haven't had a cornbread thread in a while so I'll start one  My great grandmother (Grammy) was who I grew up knowing as my grandmother. Im sure she made her's from scratch but I normally just use Morrisons or Martha White. As long as it isn't sweet. I make two packets and add one bunch of green onions chopped and a pound of grated sharp cheddar (she always had plenty of that good govt cheese) Mix it all up and give it a proper cast iron treatment.
