One year I told my wife to just pick out something nice for herself. She bought a $12,000 diamond ring. I'll never make that mistake again.

Anything my wife wants, which is typically nothing, We have everything a person could want, the exception being a $500 million lottery win.
A fat lotto payout would be good. Other than that, we don't want anything else material. We have too much stuff as it is. That would be way too much. Your life would be totally ruined before three years were up. Why? Because you think you will be getting the total amount. What you get is approximately 31% of the total. Your $500 million would be in actuality just over $150 million. You and every around you would have a propensity to think of that amount as "unlimited". It isn't. But good luck with that wish. I've got more money in watches than most people have in their house. I think I can handle having a few million more in the bank
