Made it to Lake Havasu AZ, and gonna kick back again for a few days. Didn’t really have a plan for dinner after driving today, but you can never go wrong with hard-shell tacos. A little spiced meat, fresh L&T, cheese, peppers, and guacamole. I tried to make it pretty, but the wife said two pics, and I’m eating. They look great, with the exception of the sour cream. We like the Mezzetta peppers to.

Yep, I put cheese on the meat to melt, and keeps the lettuce from wilting too much. Then more cheese on the finished product to make it pretty!😋

We have them a lot. But without the guac or jalapenos.
