Simple tacos tonight

Made it to Lake Havasu AZ, and gonna kick back again for a few days. Didn’t really have a plan for dinner after driving today, but you can never go wrong with hard-shell tacos. A little spiced meat, fresh L&T, cheese, peppers, and guacamole. I tried to make it pretty, but the wife said two pics, and I’m eating. Um good!

Love me some tacos! I like to put the cheese on the bottom so the hot meat melts it.

Yep, I put cheese on the meat to melt, and keeps the lettuce from wilting too much. Then more cheese on the finished product to make it pretty!😋

We have them a lot. But without the guac or jalapenos.

You can never go wrong with tacos.
