By Goya. I just had to share. Already had the cornbread and peas. I ran out of my stuffed peppers from my spring garden. Went looking for store bought. Found this. Can't wait for the cool down. ![[Linked Image]](https://texashuntingforum.com/forum/pics/userpics/2020/10/full-16668-260331-image.jpg)

It came out fine. There were two in there. I plan to save the second one to eat with my first batch of chili, to add a little panache.

Rellenos made from a poblano are sacrilegious. Anaheim or hatch for me.

Anything Goya has always been solid for me. No doubt these frozen are quite good. Not to be confused w homemade but that wasn’t the premise. Thanks for the heads up.

Cantina Laredo has a one that will set you free Shrimp, mushroom, jack cheese stuffed poblano pepper wrapped with a fire-charred skirt steak with chimichurri sauce, charred street corn and cilantro lime rice. ![[Linked Image]](https://texashuntingforum.com/forum/pics/userpics/2020/10/full-1274-260430-cantino_pablano.jpg)

The hotel in Clayton NM use to have the best CR’s.

CR’s are the benchmark I use for good Mexican food. If they’re not good, I typically don’t do another flyby. YMMV.
