By Goya. I just had to share. Already had the cornbread and peas. I ran out of my stuffed peppers from my spring garden. Went looking for store bought. Found this. Can't wait for the cool down.

It came out fine. There were two in there. I plan to save the second one to eat with my first batch of chili, to add a little panache.

Rellenos made from a poblano are sacrilegious. Anaheim or hatch for me.

This one pretty little woman walked me all over the freezer section. This is the only one she could find.

Anything Goya has always been solid for me. No doubt these frozen are quite good. Not to be confused w homemade but that wasn’t the premise. Thanks for the heads up.

Bill, What store did you find these in? Walmart? Aldi? Brookshire's? Where? Thanks Daniel

They look good. I made them years ago and they are a lot of work to make.

CR’s are the benchmark I use for good Mexican food. If they’re not good, I typically don’t do another flyby. YMMV.

I'm that way with fajitas & carne guisada. If you can't do that right I'll drive by next time. Beans are 3'rd.

This is my benchmark for a good Mexican place as the lasagna is the benchmark for and Italian place.
