Second draw should be today correct? Totally pulling this from the top of my head, so I could be wrong... but I thought the 2nd draws occurred the day after the permit deadline which ended up being like 10 days after the drawing. That's what I was suspecting. Only I thought the deadline was 7 days after.

One ole boy on the other forum that won a 8/15 hunt said the deadline to pay for permit was 8/27. Probably be 8/28 for second draws.
