Not on the grill but... Stuffed some Japs for appetizers.
Wife wanted hers halved for more Cream & Cheddar cheese with less Jalapenos taste, me other way around!
Stuffed mine with smoked feral hog meat that already had Jalapeno, Bacon and Cheddar bits in it, added some bbq sauce, sharp cheddar cheese and geezus it is good!

That was an $8 grass fed ribeye from Walmart. It was absolutely delicious and crazy tender.

I wasted good money on Tom Thumb expensive ribeyes a couple weeks ago, tasted like [censored] and were very tough

Half of a 17lb brisket been in the MES since 9:30 last night, sitting at 179 right now, still a ways to go. Only wife and I eating. Saved the flat for next time. Going to be a good lunch.

Those look great. I prefer sharp cheddar over cream cheese.
