Not on the grill but... Stuffed some Japs for appetizers. Wife wanted hers halved for more Cream & Cheddar cheese with less Jalapenos taste, me other way around! Weather man sensationalized the weekend and next week about flooding, so I didnt pull the pork butt out of the freezer. No rain yet, it’s flooding right up the road in Austin.

I wasted good money on Tom Thumb expensive ribeyes a couple weeks ago, tasted like [censored] and were very tough

Half of a 17lb brisket been in the MES since 9:30 last night, sitting at 179 right now, still a ways to go. Only wife and I eating. Saved the flat for next time. Going to be a good lunch.

I prefer sharp cheddar over cream cheese.
