Adchunts, small point but companies do not pay taxes. Their customers pay the taxes.

But it’s added in to the consumer “Vista Outdoor paid over $87 million in Federal Excise Taxes during our fiscal year 2017 to the Pittman-Robertson Wildlife Restoration Fund.” “Since its inception, $11 billion has been collected from manufacturers and awarded to states through the Pittman-Robertson excise tax, making firearms and ammunition companies the largest contributors to conservation”

Would be nice if the tax showed on a retail receipt. Would give a lot more visibility of the money we spend as sportsmen that goes directly to conservation.

The company I work for doesn't adjust pricing based on demand for ammo, its the same today as. it was 6 months ago. We run seasonal ads, but that's about the only fluctuation you'll see. Its nice to know some consumers still pay attention to stuff like that!
