Same here. Learned from momma long ago many many dishes start with an onion! Even got my 4 year old on board with them because his little sister eats them lol.

One of my daughters told me she didn't like or eat onions. I said that s bull, you eat everything I cook and I put onions in just about everything I make. Love me some onions.
