I have 3 different deer that I would love some help on aging. Two are deer that we actually shot this year. My brother and I. He got to kill his first buck this year and was extremely proud of it.
First deer is one we have had on camera in November but let it walk because my wife's uncle says he is too young to shoot. I thought the same but then again I am not great at this aging thing anyway.
I will post the pics of the deer we shot in a separate post...
What makes you think 4-5 on the buck in the game camera picture? I was thinking his neck is real thin but his eyes make him look older. I’m really just not sure about that one. Wish I had a better picture of him.

White coloring around eyes and head has an older look. Has a rutted down look to me. Looks 4 maybe a bit more to me.

Interesting. I hope he is around next year in October during bow season. Maybe I can get a better look at him.
