If you happen to be traveling through Groesbeck around lunch time, stop at the Brookshires Market for fried chicken. They really have great fried chicken. We have a Bush’s, but their fried chicken just is no where near as good.

Other than that, Popeye’s is my franchise favorite. The spicy stuff.

Heck, chicken is chicken. It’s the crust that matters. That’s where Brookshire’s in Groesbeck really shines. And so does Popeye’s.

Yep. I grew up on KFC original. They got our order wrong once and we got crispy. It changed my life.

I know of 3 Chicken Express stores that have closed in our area.
I get somewhat depressed thinking about it. Luckily the one
closest to the house is still open for now.

And anybody that doesn't recognize the greatness of supermarket deli
fried chicken needs to get out more. Market Street chicken is wonderful.

I like KFC original, buffet in cedar hill is awesome. Back in the day it even had pizza hut pizza on the buffet also. I like popeyes mild and spicy. I love some Williams, especially when it is hot. I enjoy Chicken Express. Brookshires and tom thumb have good chicken too. I had some amazing chicken at sissys fried chicken in dallas. I love babes. Rudys is really good and salty.

I guess my favorite is whatever type I feel like. But overall, babes is alwqays consistent for me and very delicious.

My house. Bought fried chicken is too high and not nearly as good as home fried.

While not the best it's probably where I eat fried chicken the most. Market Street has fantastic chicken for a good price.

Not in Midland. Conversation with the gal at MS a couple weeks ago:
Me-looks like the fried chicken has been under the lights a while.
Her-as she picks up a piece of the Nuclear Holocaust of a thigh. Yeah been there a while
Me-gonna make some fresh chicken?
Her-nope
Me-ok thanks, smh as I walk off

I finally stopped and picked up some chicken fingers from Rasin Canes last week. Plan to do it again this week.
