You can have a red dot for your AK. Its not the best for a scope but its perfect for a red dot sight such as an Eotech. My father n law made the scope cover for me... I ordered the Surefire rail mount from Mississippi Auto Arms from their website. It mounts by removing the leaf sights and the screw behind the top cover. Then, installed an inexpensive red dot but you can use an Eotech. When I hunt hogs by stalking I use my Polish AK-74.
