I paid $1200 dollars for my 4 quart yeti in 1994. I bought (1) 10lb bag of ice to fill it up and only used half. I just walked out and checked and the yeti still has that same bag of ice in it.

I have always wanted a Yeti cooler just haven't found myself wanting one bad enough to spend the money on one. I did buy the Yeti 32 rambler about a year ago and it goes everywhere with my. I love it! Now that there are so many options out there as far as coolers, I think I have my eye on the Pelican whenever I breakdown and buy one. From what I have seen, the performance is similar between the two but the two big selling points for me is a). they are made in America, and b). the 65 qt holds 65 qts of water where as the Yeti held quite a bit less....
As far as the Bison...I would be more than willing to test one out in exchange for a review haha!!!!!

Look at the Ozark Trail brand at Walmart, Yeti look a like and the Ozark Trail travel tumblers are the same quality as the Yeti tumblers, just a lot cheaper. http://www.walmart.com/search/?query=ozark%20trail%20cooler

Those, and the Gander Mtn Perma Chill or whatever you call them, are very Igloo Yukon-esque.
