Someone told me that you need to have your name and phone number written down on your arrows. Does anyone know if this is true or not?

You ever hunted Aransas Refuge? Edit I did hunt archery and rifle. i hunted archery for one day and said the hell with the skeeters. But that was back when it was a state req too

PITA is right and we occasionally found arrows with info on them in some "unusual" places...

Was sill the law in 1984, but wasnt in 1990. Just in case anyone cares...... IRRC it was state law in 1989 but went away in 1990. 89 was the first year I bow hunted in Texas so remember it that year.
