I hear silencerco is coming out with a light weight 7.62 suppressor rated for 300 win mag that should have a street price around $500. It will be interesting to see the reviews on this when it becomes available.
I paid around $650 for mine. One of the biggest selling points for me was the weight (13oz) in addition to its sound suppression. I don't think it will go as low as $500. But the specs on it are nice. 11.3 oz and rated for 300WM. http://www.silencerco.com/blog/suppresso...-the-harvester/ though who knows when it will be readily available, it seemed to take the saker forever to be steadily in stock from another site it should be available after shot show and silencer shop qouted someone around $620. per their site DB Reduction is 21.1 - 33.6. think i'm going to wait awhile for additional reviews on how it compares to other brands. Being so light i wouldnt think it would be as effective unless they got some new baffle design or something.

If this is true then I may just hold off on a rifle suppressor for now and just buy a rimfire one. I like the weight on this new one

silencerco sparrow is a good one for rimfire. i have one pending with atf right now. From what i noticed with different brands of cans the best way to cut wieght without loss of reduction in DB is to go with TI. TI cost more but is worth it to me. Just hold a SS and TI can in each hand and you'll be sold.

TBAC(Thunder Beast) has a great reputation. I have a 30BA in the pipeline. Can't wait! I researched a lot.
Buy one from dealer stock is my advice. That saves you manunfacture time and the first ATF wait which was over 3 months on mine.
