I've used ear plugs in the fire station. The tones are plenty loud that I still heard them.

Wow! I feel your pain! I was on a lease with a guy and he shook the walls with his snoring! He made jokes about it. His wife made him use a machine at home and he tells everyone at the lease that it works for him but he thinks its funny keeping everyone at the lease up all night while he gets a good nights sleep. He simply didn't care. As far as I'm concerned people like this are real jerks! Couldn't stand the guy. The only thing I could do was make sure I was in bed and asleep before him. If I woke up in the middle of the night it was over with. I took a lot of naps during the day.

My dad both snores and talks in in his sleep very loudly, deer camp can get frustrating.

My dad used to snore his azz off. Sometimes I wouldn't even get any sleep at all.
Now I wish my dad was still alive so I could him snore again.

I had a guy bring a whistle with him and once they started snoring he went to blowin that whistle as loud as he could. It was hilarious!

I take out the hearing aids and let the ringing in my ears lull me to sleep. Probably a Harley could drive through my bedroom and I wouldn't wake up. It can be good and bad!

Punch em in the head while they're snoring. Then jump back in your bunk.

I have been on several trips recently and was forced to bunk with snorers (i'm one too). Once I wake up I cant get back to sleep, and more beer makes it worse. I fired up the iPod, crammed the buds in my ears......problem resolved. There are lots of good podcasts about hunting, shooting etc, if you dont want to listen to music.

One guy was real bad and they gave him a big shot of whipped cream on the inhale....... Wasn't a pretty picture and a couple pulled guard duty the next few nights.....

Can't stand it. It got so bad I would sleep in my truck and finally broke down and bought my own RV.

Can't imagine being on the other side of this. I have sleep apnea and have used a cpap for almost 10 yrs. my wife put up with it for 5 yrs of me not having it and I don't know how she did it. She occasionally snores and I will smack the crap out of her when she does. She is a better person than I. Good luck!
