Depending on the snoring, ear plugs and a box fan might be necessary...and then you lose all sense of situational awareness and are trusting to be fully isolated in the night...also not an ideal situation as your hearing is often the only source of situational awareness you have in the night. I am sure that I do too but I am a light sleeper so I am always getting woke up. I use the ear plugs and fans and it helps to some extent.
