For hunting & home defense ? Our Guns Hi Point C9 Hi Point .40 S&W Hi Point 995TSRD carbine Winchester 1400 20 ga Stoeger Condor 20 ga Marlin 60 .22 LR Remington 700 .308 Did inventory today  Our ammo .22 lr 3100 rds .308 200 rds 9mm 1620 rds .40 S&W 1000 rds 20 ga shells 450 rds

I'd say you're short on everything by a factor of 10.

I'd say you're short on everything by a factor of 10. Both of these.... There is never "enough" 200 rounds of .308? Wow..I'd be sweating.....that's like being down to the last package of bacon....

If you load it in a 1 ton pick-up when moving, and it doesn't sit the truck down on its overload springs; you don't have enough.

This isn't going to end up as one of those bad programs on Discovery Channel where family members and mental health professionals do interventions is it? Op, that is more ammo than my grandfather shot in his lifetime and except for the 22lr less ammo than I shot last year. So, I think you could also use some more ammo but with the amount you have I wouldn't run out and spend crazy prices on any more. Just make sure some of pistol ammo is dead on reliable hollow point and that you have a few boxes of buck shot.
Of course, if you plan a lot of range time or plan to take any training classes, the amount of ammo you have will run out quickly.

I have more shotgun rounds but I have more guages. I have a couple hundred rounds of buckshot and slugs to go with it. For me that is enough.

Currently sitting on over 200,000 rds of 22, 80,000 of 308, 125,000 of 9mm, 77,000 of 380, and 200,000 7.62-25.
When you gots lots of full autos, you need lots of bullets for them.
I shoot weekly.
