I was looking for a deer that I shot and found this shed from a spike. I have found lots of sheds, but never one like this.

Shot one like that last day of doe/spike season. 1 3/8 on one side, 1 1/8 on the other.

I always drill a hole thru those and use as key rings, till I almost Stabbed my Boys jumping in the Truck one day

I use antler tips for my ceilling fan light and fan pulls. Just drill the base out, slip the bead-chain in with a "keeper" on the end going into the antler, fill the hole with 2-part epoxy and let it set up. That one would be cool on a table lamp pull chain. If it "clicks" against the fan body enough to be annnoying cover the chain with shrink-tubing. Safer than a key-ring! lol I nearly put my eye out with a barrel guage once while putting on my cap with my keys in my hand.
