Not terrible, but not very good would be the best way to put it. In other words, somewhere between merganser (inedible) and teal (delicious) on my scale.

I like shooting divers because 1) they're ducks, 2) they're pretty, 3) they make a cool sound when they scream over you and 4) they're ducks!

Never been to crazy about the ringer burp the next day. grin

Made jerky from a mess of ringers one time, not a bad way to go with them divers. Cleaning them is a pain.
