Here is a trail cam pic I got after only one week. I have not put a feeder up yet but had some corn down, Not a wall hanger. This spot is 150 yards from my house. There were does also on the camera. I am excited. Sept 29th is bow season opener.

I can appreciate that but.....this ain't Texas! I went to the school while I was back last week. One of the boys came up to say hi and asked how Ohio is. All I said was "It ain't Texas." He smiled and went on.. Course, Texas ain't home to our kids and grandkids either. Nor Katie's dad!

Here is the latest pic from the game camera. Haven't seen him in the daylight. Hope he stays in the area during the rut. What do you think?

Dand, he seems to be absent from recent nights. Hope his rut habits brings him back. I am hoping the next full moon begins some real action.

Great pics, Chief Joe. There are some benefits to living up north. Big Bucks, yes. Cold weather,no.
Life is too short, as is. Don't chance it. Don't text and drive.

hard to tell the mass on that brute, but if it is what it should be from that far north, it should score in the 150's.
