Ohio buck

Here is a trail cam pic I got after only one week. I have not put a feeder up yet but had some corn down, Not a wall hanger. This spot is 150 yards from my house. There were does also on the camera. I am excited. Sept 29th is bow season opener.

Bought some Rut'N Apple I mixed with corn. Seems to be working. Will put out Indian corn tomorrow just to guarantee sucess..

I can appreciate that but.....this ain't Texas! I went to the school while I was back last week. One of the boys came up to say hi and asked how Ohio is. All I said was "It ain't Texas." He smiled and went on..
Course, Texas ain't home to our kids and grandkids either. Nor Katie's dad!
