Where at South of Sheffield? I've seen them on the Poulter, Turk, and my cousin sees them on her ranch periodically (Packingham). These ranches all kinda border eachother. Also, across the road south of "terrell plant road" we had pics of them on the Brown ranch. Went out one morning to find my box-blind flipped over and huge claw marks on it. I just went back to camp.

That's pretty cool. Was watching the Today Show this morning while getting ready and they had a story about a bear getting in some folks house. That couple was pretty torn up.
Those morning walks will be very interesting!

say goodbye to your feeders! You think coons are a problem, wait till the bear gets through with your feeders. Nice bear trap. Need to tie a rope onto that rock so when that bear pulls on the rope he gets a headache. LMAO!

And I thought the coon trying to crawl in the tree with me this weekend was bad .... might want to invest into a Chloe won't be much help this year but next year you can be a lil more protected.

Red river has quite a few sightings each year.I think that's pretty cool.Wouldn't be cool trying to keep them from your feeder though.

I hunt a couple of counties over in Sutton. This spring we had several miles of old pipeline pulled up out of the ground by the state. While pulling the pipe the guys working the backhoes claimed they saw a couple of bears on our lease. I think it's very possible we may see more bears in that area in the years to come.

It's illegal to hunt them, but no one can say anything about self-defence!!! If it was my stand, my new concealed gun would be a .44 mag!!
