That appears to be a bear. Nice lil something extra to think about walking out to the stand opening(every) morning
I'd ask him if he's pregnant. He missed a s__tload of periods. I'll take "things that look like a uterus" for $200 Alex.

Dont think it is a bear though. Look at the feet. Not a hog for sure. Almost looks photoshopped but there are bear in that area from time to time.

If that's a hog, it's got the funkiest hooves ever.
Bear for sure. Cool pic, hope he doesn't screw everything up.

The walk would be exciting...but the wait in the stand before first light would probably get me more. Every critter that crinkles a leaf would send a shiver down my back

I hunted about 15-18 miles north of Sanderson towards Ft. Stockton just west of were the Hwy turns toward Sheffield in 1994 for mule deer. One of the guys had a corn feeder in draw called Big Draw close to the Longfellow. He said just before dark a large black animal come in between him and the feeder, run the deer off and then turned towards him and stood up on its hind legs. Was 100% sure it was a bear but ground was to hard to see tracks.

The biologist on the ranch we hunted said that they had started to move into Texas from Mexico a few years before that one was spotted out there due to the bad drought in Northern Mexico. Now with trail cams there are more and more of them being seen.
