I wish someone with all this knowledge would help me with my hunting rifle builds instead of arguing like children on a playground.

Not saying, just saying.

With the exaggerations and purely opinionated responses in this thread, I could probably argue that a Daisy Red Ryder is one hell of a hunting rifle.

If there are solid facts that brand-x rifles shoot better than a Savage, provide them and be heard.

Until then, it's a name-calling troll fest that makes this forum look silly. At least in the eyes of someone that is coming here to learn something like myself.

So far I have gathered nothing but, "It looks ugly." "The action sucks." about the Savages, which anyone with better than 20/200 vision could have already pointed out.

Although, admittedly, some of the responses have been entertaining.

The original question on page one was "Ugly or not?". I guess you agree its ugly then?

Relax buddy, like JCB said we are all experts at everything, with rifles (remingtons) that shoot sub-moa at 1000 yds. So ask away.

It's ugly, but it shoots better than the aforementioned Gamo. wink

You're right, JCB, it is very educational. It's apparent you don't know your arse from a hole in the ground when it comes to this subject. You have proof of pro Savage arguments right in your face and you continue to rant with your fingers in your ears like a spoiled 6 yr old.

Prove your arguments or forever be labeled THF's Douchebag of 2010. Your choice. grin

And the expert speaks rofl
