Deer are just not afraid of human pee, at least at my place. I probably pee'd off my tripod 10 times during the day on Saturday and the deer didn't care at all. You must be older then oh Ingrid thought if your peeing that much.

I took my grandpaw with me to move a stand years ago and he let fly right on the tree I was hanging the stand in! I got all bent outta shape and he said "there will be a scrape there in the morning." I thought he was a crazy old fart that just couldn't hold it, til the day I went to hunt that stand and it looked like someone had run a tiller through there.

this just in it also draws in other hunters. i tried it and went and checked my trailcam. well wouldnt you know it there were pictures of every hunter on my lease peeing on the same scrape. the only one that really bothered me was the one where 2 of them were playin

DANG I can't believe I did that....... Please post your results. Just one question though. Did you make it in the vicinty of other scrapes? I always make them with other scrapes near by. Either way, I think you will be surprised what you will find come Sun. Since I'm having to work 7-12's till around Thanksgiving and can't get to the lease to set one up there, I went out behind the house here and made one. I have very few deer that pass thru my place. I have only seen a handful of rubs and a few tracks. I'm gonna give it a couple more days and see what happens. I'll post my results as well.

Yes, I made my scrape within 6 feet of another scrape. My wife was with me holding the flashlight laughing her @%% off, especially when I pee'd in the scrape. I turned to her and told it was her turn now and she laughed and said not in heat.

This is an effective method! I know a lady who hunts a LOT and she pees on whatever scrape she finds if she thinks it might be a big buck's marker. Can't argue with her results either!
