He is interested in anyone who contacted him. I am a single who has contacted him, and we have had great communication. I just know that there are a couple of groups ahead of me.

I wanted to comment to the person who was complaining that they had money in hand, so is it was TCU's fault for not giving him the spot to him. The person who said that must be new to the whole leasing process. Its not about the money, its about how you get along with everyone on the lease. He will not have a problem filling the spot, so just because you have the money in had, does not move you to the head of the line. Heck, you could have all the money in the world, but if your a jack@$$, I would not want to be on a lease with you.

He has had excellent communication with me also. But then again when you are going to someone and asking to be a part of something they think highly of, you definately do not want to go in there acting like you are busting a sale at Wal-Mart.

Probably way down the list, but if you still need to fill spots I would be interested...I could have anywhere from 1-4 people...

just for the record, coming off of six years of running a lease and trying to find guns...It is almost impossible to keep everyone happy. In this part of hunting many guys paint pictures of what "they think" they want in a lease and tell a lot of what they thiink you want to hear, then when it is hunting time they go there own way...I hope you find the right fit...

apology the way he was acting I'm suprised he even got a responce on the fourm. we can not see the pm he's received just the post. our responces to this is just like laying a $100 on the line and rolling the dice.

The guy wants to fill spots, he can put on who he wants and talk to who he wants. I would bet he missed out on a big problem with FH who is probably a single looking for a lease for a reason.

ggunn1, where exactly did tcu come of as an "arse", fh starts trying to declare his place in line then makes a crappy remark about the kid being in college.

Does sound like a nice lease; 1500 - not too bad, Mills co.- heard good things there and a house with water, electric and tv - that's the deal sealer.

I'd be mad I didn't get it. And sounds like some arse kissers still want it.

Man I heard that, I've been looking for going on 9 months now with only two solid leads the whole time.

We had a group that was second in line and scheduled to see the property this weekend. The poster was very professional and showed the lease in the order that he recieved contacts. You are not going to make everyone happy and from some of the post on this thread I can see why some of you have not found a lease.

I have 2 leases no dog in this fight. Just pointing out that fh is out of line and ggun1 needs to check facts before tuning up.

well it looks like the forum has been pretty busy since I was away this weekend showing the lease.

Update: As of right now I have deposits from the first group of 4 I showed.It seems both parties involved got lucky and we all were impressed with what we saw this weekend. I might actually have one more spot open as the other guy on the lease might not get back on due to the economy. I have a list of singles I will keep in mind.

As for ggun, FH posted 30 something minutes after I opened this ad. How many PMs do you think I got in the mean time? However, FH was the first to PM me acting like an arse. That is why I posted what I did. And I still feel like I said anything out of line. That is all I am going to say, I have no need to explain myself to you.

To everyone else, thanks for the nice comments and showing me some people still have class. Maybe we should open a thread about lease hunting etiquette.

Congrats on filling your lease, sounds like a nice one. I hope everythings goes well for everyone. Hopefully everything goes so well you won't have to post it again for a long time.
