I have heard a few different stories is there really a differnce between a left handed arrow and right and if so are thay as big a deal with todays new bows as they were with older alluminum arrows?

Left handed shooters can't shoot right helical fletching under a full moon during the Equinox.

THE ONLY THING IT EFFECTS IS THE WAY THE ARROW SPINS DOES NOT CHANGE ANYTHING AS FAR AS THE WAY YOUR BOW SHOOTS AS LONG AS ALL UR ARROWS ARE FLETCHED THE SAME WAY.

someone did show me a left and right arrow and i could tell tthe difference but i just wasn't sure about accuracy and what not

Besides the fletching possibly being twisted the opposite derection, I can't think of any difference.
Physically all other factors are equal as long as the shooter has proper form. You have a string going forward and that's about it. The arrow shouldn't touch the riser so there should be no difference.
