If you ever find yourself traveling through Texas Hill Country and going through the Town of Mason, stop in for breakfast. They have the best pancakes so light and fluffy and about 12" acros and 1.5" thick slathered in mapple syrup.
I have yet ot have a bad experiance and have been going there for about 5 yrs now whenever we head to the lease, there is always great conversation the locals are very friendly, and the food is great.
BTW its on the main road running through town across form the County Courthouse.
