Myself and 4 others are looking for a year round lease within 4 hours of DFW. Looking for a lease with good genetics/mature deer. We understand you develop a good mature deer herd-but good genetics are a must.
Citeria:
*Year round *H20 and Elect --cabin if possible *Guests allowed ( hunter tags used ) *Would like about 400 acres ea if possible *Have about 12k to spend *Quail rights not needed *Would like to be only group on lease or at least have lease separated into halves *Will sign long term lease if lease is good enough

your about 7 hours, to the ranch. We are 45 miles SE of Ft Stockton, if your familiar with this area. The pasture is small, at 5,000 acres and it is for 5 guns at 2,000 each

Sorry just saw the post a litttle closer. It is not year round, water and electricity not there. It is for deer, varmints and dove only. There is possilbe use of the lodge, in the second week of mulie season, if that interests you. First week we have our combo hunters. Not trying to run you off, just being honest.
